1. Who we are
LiveManagerMM ("we", "us", "the Service") is a web platform that helps users configure and run YouTube Live streams from their own accounts. Our website is operated at https://youtubemanager-mm.xyz.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you sign up.
- YouTube connection data: when you connect Google/YouTube via OAuth, we receive an authorization grant and store a refresh token (encrypted at rest), plus basic channel information such as channel ID and title needed to create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf.
- Stream configuration data: titles, privacy settings, uploaded media (web bundles, videos, audio), schedules, and stream job status/events.
- Technical logs: server logs that may include IP address, timestamps, and error details needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To create, start, monitor, and stop YouTube Live broadcasts using the YouTube Data API on your behalf, only after you explicitly connect your Google/YouTube account and start a stream.
- To store and process media you upload so it can be rendered or played out during a live stream.
- To provide support, improve reliability, and prevent abuse or security incidents.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your YouTube data for advertising.
4. Google / YouTube access
If you connect Google, our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) and/or disconnect YouTube from the Service dashboard.
5. Data storage and security
Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure. Stream keys and YouTube OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Access tokens used for your session are stored in HTTP-only cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and stream configuration data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Backups may persist for a limited period before being purged. YouTube retains broadcast/VOD content according to YouTube's own policies.
7. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (for example hosting, database, and Google/YouTube APIs when you connect your account), and when required by law.
8. Your choices
- Update or delete stream configs and uploaded media in the dashboard.
- Disconnect YouTube from the dashboard.
- Request account deletion by emailing support@youtubemanager-mm.xyz.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
