By accessing or using LiveManagerMM at https://youtubemanager-mm.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
LiveManagerMM provides tools to configure and operate YouTube Live streams using content you upload or generate (for example web overlays or video playlists) and, when you choose, your connected YouTube channel via Google OAuth.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
4. YouTube and Google
When you connect Google/YouTube, you authorize us to use Google APIs to create and manage live broadcasts and related stream resources for your channel. You must comply with:
- YouTube Terms of Service
- Google Privacy Policy
- YouTube Community Guidelines and any applicable live streaming policies
You can revoke our access in your Google Account settings at any time. Revoking access may stop features that depend on YouTube OAuth.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the streaming features you request. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and stream the content, including music, video, images, and overlays.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Stream prohibited, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service
- Share account credentials or circumvent access controls
7. Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live streaming depends on third-party networks (including YouTube) and your server/network conditions.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses related to stream downtime, YouTube policy enforcement, or third-party service failures.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
